Gujarati is a poor language of rich people. This language does not have a scientifically written grammar book. Whatever grammar book is mainly pedagogic, therefore Mr. Babu Suthar has taken initiatives for Gujarati English Dictionary under the guidance of the Nirman Foundation Project by Dept of South Asia Study, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia in June 2003.
